4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plan: Access to U.S. Notary Agency is based on a subscription model. You can choose from various plans that best fit your needs. The subscription details, including fees, are available on our website.

Payment Terms: Payments for subscription plans are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

Termination by U.S. Notary Agency: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to U.S. Notary Agency if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period.

9. Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: U.S. Notary Agency is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not make any warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of our services for your specific needs.

Liability Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or U.S. Notary Agency’s services is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.
